NCBGMA is dedicated to promote and preserve Bluegrass and Old Time music heritage in North Carolina.

Donations to NCBGMA help to provide and promote:

YOUTH workshops and education/showcases across the state
JAM (Junior Appalachian Musician) kids programs teaching bluegrass and old time music
Adult learning opportunites for those interested in learning to play an instrument as a "grownup"
Purchase or repair of instruments for youth or adults in music education programs (JAM, AdultAM)
Regional or statewide showcase and award events for member bands
Development of an NC Bluegrass Music Museum
Jam sessions in various locations around the state

Donations can be monitary in nature but might also be photographs, posters, recordings, clothing, instruments and other items related to bluegrass and area musicians.
